At the time, I couldn&#8217;t see myself leading a team alone or making decisions to ensure the progress of such a perilous project. <\/p>\n<p>My family life was already very busy and my children were &#8211; and still are &#8211; my main priority. After a first experience that ended in a post-COVID 19 context, I decided to reconnect with my interests in personal development: I took a health and wellness coaching course, and then trained as a hypnotherapist. <\/p>\n<p>During these training courses, the opportunity to acquire the Centre Armonia \/ Acad\u00e9mie de massage Armonia presented itself to me and I seized it. I could see myself accompanying people in their desire to make peace with their past, to change their present and finally become the person they dreamed of being. This simple idea made me happy and brought me a happiness that is still hard to explain today.  <\/p>\n<p>Since December 2021, I&#8217;ve discovered myself as a whole person: courageous, persevering, determined and authentic. And it&#8217;s thanks to all these traits that I&#8217;ve decided to tackle the transition from Centre Armonia \/ Acad\u00e9mie de massage Armonia, to the new clinic: Centre Alliance \u00c9volution. For me, having allies is the best way to evolve. Each at their own pace, but all together.   <\/p>\n<p>So over the past few years, I&#8217;ve been taking my course to become a massage therapist, and I now teach future massage therapists. For me, teaching is one of the ways of equipping people and empowering them to take charge of their own happiness, a bit like hypnotherapy! I then took a course in baby massage and plan to continue my training in reflexology.
